Doctor: Welcome in. What brings you here today?
의사: 어서 오세요, 어디가 불편하시죠?
Patient: Not too long ago, I have been having some vaginal bleeding even when it is not during my period. My lower stomach also hurts.
환자: 얼마 전부터 생리 기간이 아닌데 질 출혈이 있어요. 아랫배도 조금씩 아픕니다.
Doctor: Are you experiencing a lot of bleeding? What is the color of your discharge, precisely?
의사: 출혈 양은 많았나요? 그리고 생리혈의 색깔은 어땠나요?
Patient: It isn’t that much really. It’s just enough to leave a smear on the pad.
환자: 그다지 많지 않고 생리대에 좀 묻어 나오는 정도에요.
Doctor: Have you ever had a similar experience before?
의사: 이전에도 이러한 증상이 있으셨나요?
Patient: Three years ago I had a similar episode and it suddenly got better but I have to say it was not as long as this time.
환자: 3년 전에 비슷한 증상이 있었지만 금방 괜찮아졌었고 이번처럼 길게 출혈하는 것은 처음이에요.
Doctor: Have you received any sort of ob-gyn treatments?
의사: 산부인과에서 다른 치료를 받은 적이 있으신가요?
Patient: Five years ago I received a surgery to remove myoma on my uterus.
환자: 5년 전 자궁근종 수술 받은 적 있습니다.
Doctor: Aside from this, do you have high blood pressure, diabetes, tuberculosis or any other previous diseases or complications?
의사: 자궁근종 외에 고혈압, 당뇨, 결핵 등 다른 과거에 앓았던 병이나 합병증은 없으신가요?
Patient: No, I’ve been fairly healthy.
환자: 네, 특별히 아팠던 적은 없어요.
Doctor: So, when was your last examination for cervical cancer?
의사: 그러면 마지막 자궁경부암 검사는 언제 하셨습니까?
Patient: I had one last year and the results were negative. I have been taking some vitamins but aside from that I have had no real health problems.
환자: 지난해 했는데 결과는 정상이었고요. 비타민을 복용하는 이외에 특이할 만한 건강 문제는 없습니다.
