G-Dragon's sister to marry actor in October
지드래곤 친누나, 배우 김민준과 10월 결혼
Actor Kim Min-jun is to become brother-in-law to K-pop superstar G-Dragon as he will marry the singer's older sister in October.
배우 김민준이 10월 가요계의 슈퍼스타 지드래곤의 매형이 된다.
In a statement released by the 43-year-old actor's agency Family ENT on Tuesday, Kim confirmed that the singer's sister Kwon Da-mi and he will be getting married on Oct. 11 in Seoul at an undisclosed location.
배우 김민준(43)의 소속사 가족이엔티는 화요일 보도자료를 내고 배우 김민준이 지드래곤의 친누나 권다미씨와 10월 11일 공개되지 않은 서울의 한 장소에서 결혼식을 올린다고 밝혔다.
He met with a Hankook Ilbo reporter last week, revealing worries that the venue of their wedding could be discovered by the public. "I feel sorry that she has to bear such attention from the public because of her celebrity brother and her husband to be," he said, asking for the public to understand them for not being able to reveal the venue of their wedding.
김민준은 지난주 한국일보 기자와 만나 결혼 장소가 대중에게 알려질 수 있는 점에 우려를 나타냈다. 그는 "연예인 남동생과 남편이 될 사람 때문에 그녀가 대중들의 관심을 감수해야 하는 점에 미안함을 느낀다"면서 "결혼식 장소를 밝히지 못하는 점에 대해 대중들의 이해를 부탁한다"고 말했다.
"As an actor, I don't mind dealing with the spotlight but I feel my fiancee has the right to keep her privacy protected."
그는 "배우로서 스포트라이트를 받는 것은 개의치 않지만, 약혼녀의 경우 사생활을 보호받을 권리가 있다고 생각한다"고 덧붙였다.
He also mentioned that the veteran actor Park Joong-hoon, who directed the 2013 film "Top Star," will give a wedding speech for the couple.
그는 또 2013년 영화 '톱스타'를 감독한 베테랑 배우 박중훈이 축사를 한다고 언급했다.
In June, the two admitted they were dating without disclosing whether they had plans to marry or not. The two reportedly have a common interest in fashion and music.

He later began to broaden his career in entertainment by appearing in reality shows like "I Live Alone," and other talk shows.
김민준은 1995년 모델로 데뷔해 2003년 사극 '다모'로 연기를 시작했다. 이후 '프라하의 연인'(2005), '후궁:제왕의 첩'(2012) 등 많은 유명 영화와 드라마에 출연했다. 이후 '나 혼자 산다' 등 예능프로그램과 토크쇼에 출연하며 연예계 활동 영역을 넓히기 시작했다.
The actor will be coming back to the silver screen after a three-year break with a new historical film "Sorikkun," which revolves around musicians of pansori. The film is scheduled to be released in 2020.
김민준은 3년간의 휴식을 마치고 판소리 음악인들의 이야기를 그리는 새로운 역사 영화 '소리꾼'으로 스크린에 복귀한다. 영화 '소리꾼'은 2020년 개봉 예정이다.
