직원: 확인을 위해서 성명하고 생년월일, 연락처를 확인하겠습니다. 이름은 제임스, 생년월일 1986년 10월 2일, 연락처는 010-9999-8888 맞으십니까?

P: Yes, that’s me.

환자: 네, 맞습니다.

HA: May I ask what symptom has led you here today?

직원: 오늘 어디가 불편하셔서 오셨나요?

P: Yes, I’ve been running a fever yesterday and I feel numbness in my shoulders and arms. Which doctor should I see?

환자: 네, 어제부터 열이 났고요, 어깨랑 팔이 저립니다. 어느 선생님을 봐야 할까요?

HA: Well, I believe you need to first see a doctor at our international consultation center and then proceed to a specialist.

직원: 일단은 국제 진료 센터 선생님을 보시고 전문의 선생님을 보시면 될 것 같습니다.

P: Does the doctor at the international consultation center speak English?

환자: 네, 의사 선생님 영어로 진료를 보실 수 있으신가요?

HA: Yes, he does. But we also have interpreters available on spot to assist you.
